Re: Net Income Stabilization Account (NISA) This is in reply to your letter of November 4, 1991 concerning the NISA program with respect to subsection 110.6 (1) of the Income Tax Act as it relates to "a share of the capital stock of a family farm corporation".

We are unable to comment on the NISA program as the enabling legislation is not available at this time.

When the enabling legislation respecting NISA is available, we would be pleased to comment on any inquiries you may wish to submit at that time.
