Mrs. Sandra Farber of the Legal Services Division will be travelling to Paris, France, to attend a meeting of Working Party No. 8 of the Committee of fiscal Affairs of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) from October 13 to 21, 1989. During the same week, the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrators will be holding a technical conference in Paris from October 16 to 20, 1989.
Enclosed please find a completed application form, two passport photos and an original birth certificate and personal passport EJ882279. It would be appreciated if you would issue Mrs. Farber a special passport.
When the passport is ready, please advise this Division at 957-2071 in order to arrange for a messenger to pick up the passport.
