We are writing in response to your letter of October 25, 1989 and further to your meeting of November 22, 1989, with Jack Szeszycki of this office in which you described the details of the 24(1)

As was indicated at the meeting we were in the process of locating the results of a previous review done with respect to a similar plan in place at another automobile manufacturer. We have since learned that the Department's Source Deductions Division had completed an in-depth review of plans, such as the one you propose, available throughout the industry.

Consequently, we have forwarded your correspondence to that Division, to the attention of Mr. L.P. Mancino, Director, so that he may review your plan and respond to you directly.
