I am replying to the letter dated March 3, 1989, written by   
19(1)  of the     19(1)     On your behalf,  19(1)  requested a
review of the reassessment issued to you in respect of your 24(1)
taxation year.  I apologize for the length of time taken to
complete the thorough review which is necessary with such
matters.

Due to the circumstances in your case, 24(1) 

I am pleased to inform you that, on October 5, 1989, an Order in
Council was issued by Her Excellency, the Governor General in
Council, authorizing the remission of    24(1)     the Order in
Council is enclosed for your information.

I trust the matter has been resolved to your satisfaction.
