Dear Madam:

Re: Registered Retirement Savings Plan ("RRSP")

This is reply to your letter of November 16, 1990 wherein you indicate that you have withdrawn funds out of your RRSP which should have remained in your RRSP since the funds in question were locked in until you attain the age of 65.

The problem you raise does not come under the provisions of the Income Tax Act and therefore must be dealt with by you and your credit union.

We regret being unable to help you with your situation.
