Attached are two original copies of the 7(1)(f) agreement between Canada and the above-noted organization duly signed by our Minister. Please forward one copy to the Commonwealth of Learning with a covering letter offering our assistance for any Information they may now require.

We will write to the Current Amendments Division and request the Canada Pension Plan Regulations be adjusted to reflect this agreement. We will also forward the Department of External Affairs a photocopy of the agreement.
