Webb during which you advised Mr. Webb that you are withdrawing your request for an advance income tax ruling dated February 26, 1988 related to the above noted company. The bill for time spent to May 5, 1988, the date on which Mr. Webb was notified of your request to have work on the advance income tax ruling suspended, will be sent separately.
