Re:  Advance Income Tax Ruling

This is in response to your letter of February 28, 1990 in which you advised us that you wish to withdraw your request for an advance income tax ruling as outlined in your letter to us dated January 25, 1991.

We wish to confirm that our file concerning this matter has now been closed and a refund of the $400.00 advance which accompanied your request, net of the portion applied against the time spent servicing this request, will follow under separate cover.
