Re: International Partnership Advance Income Tax Ruling

This will confirm our October 24, 1989 telephone conversation wherein you advised us that you wish to withdraw your request for an advance income tax ruling which was outlined in your letter to us dated April 20, 1989.

As indicated in Information Circular 70-6R dated December 18, 1978, our fee for time spent servicing this request will be forwarded to you under separate cover.
