NEW FORM T929

An additional point in respect of the proposed form is that the instruction at the bottom of the second box is not complete and might be revised to something like:

          "Less:  Any reimbursements (or any other form of
          assistance) received by anyone that relate to these to
          the extent that such amounts are not included in
          someone's income."

This would more closely reflect the proposed second reading amendment to section 64.
