I am writing further to my letter of February 27, 1989, concerning the request for a remission of tax under the Financial Administration Act made on behalf of 19(1).  I apologize for the extended delay in bringing this matter to a conclusion.

I am pleased to inform you that, on June 29, 1989, an Order in Council was issued by Her Excellency the Governor General of 19(1) and the interest there on in respect of the 1984 taxation year.  A copy of the Order in Council is enclosed for your information.

I wish to thank you for bringing 19(1) concerns to my attention.
