SUBJECT: Initial Circulation Sign-off 1989 Revision - T2038 (CORP)
We are writing in reply to your memorandum dated October 20, 1989, wherein you requested that we review a calculation of the annual investment tax limit for 1989 taxation years commencing before July 1988, which was added to the above-noted form subsequent to its initial circulation sign-off.
We confirm that we have no concerns in respect of the proposed new calculation shown in part 2 of Box C on page 3 of the form.
