Re:  Trust Funds for Prepaid funeral Services

This is in reply to your letter of November 30, 1989, concerning the above-mentioned subject.

The Department is currently reviewing the question of deposits made for and interest earned on prepaid funeral services.  Accordingly, until the review is completed, we are unable to respond to your queries.

When the review is completed, we will advise you of our position.
