This is in response to your letter of December 12, 1990 concerning an advance income tax ruling request in respect of 24(1) 24(1)
In our discussions during the week ending January 4, 1991 19(1) Harding) you advised that additional submissions would be made in respect of the request. To date, we have not received any submissions.
In order to keep your file open, we would appreciate receiving any submissions you wish to make at your earliest convenience. If, instead, you have decided not to pursue your request, it would also appreciated if you would so advise us. In any event, please note that if we do not hear from you by March 29, 1991 we will consider your ruling request withdrawn.
