Dear Len:

I would like to say how pleased I am with the way Howard Krakower has kept control of our black book items.  You will remember that Howard spent considerable time a year or so ago entering black book information that we had into your black book.  Since that time he and Don Joy have kept your black book up to date as regards Revenue's items.  As a consequence, I am sure that no important items will be overlooked in the preparation of the Technical Bill.

I would hope, once the Technical Bill exercise is over, to computerize our black book and with your approval, I would like to have Howard assist us in this task.
