SUBJECT: TAX REMISSION 19(1)
Further to our recent telephone conversation, we enclose herewith a copy of the Remission Committee's minute on this case. As you can see, the remission granted to the above noted taxpayer is not conditional on him filing a 1987 tax return and having the amount reduced by any refund for that year.
