1990 Budget Highlights

Mr. Robin Read has asked me to advise you that the budget highlight package prepared by us which you will be sending to the Regions and District Offices should not be transmitted until approval is given by either Don Joy or me.  Approval will be given as soon as the Minister of Finance has delivered his budget speech in the House of Commons.

I have attached a copy of the instructions that we have received from our Security Directorate which sets out the procedures that must be followed in securing this budget highlight package.
