SUBJECT: REMISSION REQUEST 19(1)
The draft documents submitted with your memorandum of August 31, 1989 reflect the decision of the Remission Committee.
The amount stated in the "Proposal" on the Treasury Board submission and in the first line of the "Background" does not include any interest. Should it not state 19(1)
On the "Background", where the amounts are listed, should the reference not be to "Failure-to-file penalties" for consistency.
On the Draft Order and the Explanatory Note, the amount 19(1) should have a period not a comma.
