Re:  Visit by 19(1) regarding collection matters

In your letter of September 29, 1989, you requested permission for 19(1) to come to Canada for the purpose of contacting delinquent taxpayers. This would be for the period October 16 through December 1, 1989.

19(1) may visit Canada for the purposes outlined in your letter, subject to the conditions set out in our draft agreement to govern cross-border activities by our respective revenue services.
