Re:  Advance Income Tax Ruling Request

We are writing to acknowledge the letter of December 10, 1989 from 19(1) your representative, in which he advised that you wish to withdraw the above-noted request for an advance income tax ruling which was outlined in your letter of November 14, 1989.  Accordingly, we have now closed our file in this matter.
