Re: 24(1) Advance Income Tax Ruling Request

We are writing with respect to your letters dated October 4 and December 17, 1990 and January 28, 1991 in which you requested an advance income tax ruling on behalf of     24(1)                       During the week of February 8, 1991 we requested a draft copy of

In order to proceed with our consideration of your ruling request, we would appreciate receiving this information as soon as possible.  If, however, we do not receive such information by April 19, 1991 we will assume that you wish to withdraw your request for an advance income tax ruling and, accordingly, we will close our file.
