Dear Sirs:

Re:  Class 27 Property 19(1)

This is in reply to your letter of August 30, 1988 and subsequent representations regarding the inclusion in Class 27 of pollution control equipment.

As discussed with you in previous telephone conversations our view remains as stated in our letter dated April 23, 1986 to 19(1)  19(1) that the pollution control property acquired by 24(1)  24(1) after 1974 would not qualify for inclusion in Class 27.
