Re: 24(1) Advance Income Tax Ruling Request 3-2590 (the "Ruling Request")

Further to our telephone conversations of June 6 and June 20, 1990 19(1) Leung), we are writing to confirm that we are unable to proceed with our consideration of the Ruling Request until such time as 24(1) we are now closing our file with respect to the Ruling Request.

Should you wish to have us consider the Ruling Request further, we will be pleased to re-open your file when we received a revised copy of the Agreement. In the meantime, we will be forwarding a billing to cover the time spent on the Ruling Request to date.
