Re:  Regulation 5907(11)

In your letter of June 30, 1989, you asked us to confirm that Anguilla continues to be listed for the purpose of the above regulation.  We can confirm that Anguilla continues to be listed, but we do not know for how long.  That is under review but should Anguilla be removed from the list, we do not know when that would be effective.  In that regard you might wish to contact Mr. Jacques Sasseville at the Department of Finance, telephone (613) 992-4490.
