Request for Information on High Volume Mail Handling

We have attached a copy of a letter dated October 26, 1989, from the 24(1) in which they outline plans for a new building with automated mail handling capabilities.  As this is a subject that the Department and in particular Tax Forms Directorate has had a great deal of experience with, we would like to respond with the name and address of a contact person.
