Dear Sirs:

This is in reply to your letter dated April 28, 1989, and is further to the June 1, 1989 telephone conversation with our Allen Adler, concerning an advance income tax ruling request on behalf of  24(1),  24(1).

We have yet to receive the additional information requested from you on June 1, 1989.  Please note that if we do not hear from you be August 4, 1989, we will consider your ruling request withdrawn.
