Dear Sirs:

Re: 24(1)

We are unable to proceed with your request for an advance income tax ruling as we have not received the additional submission which was requested during our telephone conversations of December 6, 1990 and January 10, 1991.

If the additional information requested is not received at our office within two weeks of the date of this letter we will consider your request for an advance income tax ruling to have been withdrawn, our file will be closed and we will forward a billing to cover the time spent on your request.
