This is further to your telephone conversation with Al Watson of this office concerning our request for direct billing to Revenue Canada, Taxation of the hotel costs for the following guests:

Arrangements for the foregoing guest have been made through our travel agency for the period commencing October 1, 1989, with departure October 6, 1989. Mr. Whidden Sandarsingh a departmental official will be accompanying these visitors, but will be responsible for his own account.
If our request is acceptable, the invoice should be sent as follows:
