Please find attached a letter from 19(1) concerning an RRSP excess contribution.  Since there is a possibility of granting administrative relief in the situation described by 19(1) we are forwarding it to you for reply.  We also attach a copy of a Memorandum from the Victoria District Office undated with copy of your reply dated May 18, 1988 on a similar situation.
