SUBJECT: Tax Remission Request 19(1)

Further to your memorandum of April 19, 1989, enclosed is a copy of the Minister's reply of October 18, 1989 to Ms. Beryl Gaffney, M.P., who requested a remission on behalf of the above taxpayer.

We are returning the T1 Returns of 19(1) for the years 1985, 1987 and 1988, the 1987 T1 Return for her husband, 19(1) and TAPMA's for both taxpayers.
