CIAT GENERAL ASSEMBLY, 1990 MEASUREMENT OF EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS
Mr. Kowalski, Director of the Financial Analysis and Revenue Allocation Division provided us with information for the request made by CIAT in regard to what measurement we had made of efficiency and effectiveness. Specifically, we sent Part III of the 1989-90 Estimates with some other data.
CIAT has now responded and we attach a copy of the letter. Some of the request flows from comments on page 23 of the Estimates which indicate that program evaluation is underway. Reference is also made to a program evaluation study on university recruitment, on page 36.
It has been suggested to us that you would be in a better position to provide this information. We would appreciate any assistance that you can give.
