Re:  Tenth Technical Conference

Attached hereto are the registration forms for the above conference for the Canadian delegates, Edward Campbell and John Archer.  A facsimile transmission of these forms was made to you on August 31, 1989.

We assume that you will make the hotel reservations for the delegates.  It would be appreciated if you could confirm receipt hereof and that the necessary arrangements have been made.

We should note that Mr. Archer will be making the presentation of the Canadian paper.  He has indicated that he will have some transparencies for which he will require an overhead projector.  We thought that we should advise you in this regard.
