CIAT GENERAL ASSEMBLY, 1990 MEASUREMENT OF EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS
In August you provided us with some material to give to CIAT to assist them in preparation for the 1990 General Assembly. They are preparing questionnaires to gather information and they are looking to us for assistance.
We sent them Part III of the 1989-90 Estimates, along with some other information. Following from that they are now asking for further reports. Attached is a copy of the letter.
Some of the request flows from the comments on page 23 of the Estimates which indicate that the program evaluation work is underway. Reference is also made to a program evaluation study on university recruitment on page 36.
Could you advise what studies could be made available.
