Further to your Remission Order Report received May 18, 1989 in reply to our request of April 11, 1989, enclosed is a copy of our Minister's reply dated October 6, 1989, to Mr. Jim Edwards, M.P., who forwarded 19(1) request for a remission for returns prior to 1982.
