This is further to your recent letter concerning documents forwarded through the routine exchange of information program and the upgrading of the quality and quantity of the information.

International Audits Division was asked to review the data received and provide comments.  These comments are as follows:

-     "ensure that the forms show the name and complete address (province, city and street)"

-      "it would be helpful if the forms reflected payments on a calendar year basis"
