Re: The Canadian Petroleum Tax Journal Volume 2, Issue 2
We are writing further to your letter dated October 4, 1989 and our telephone conversation 19(1) Chan) of October 12.
We have reviewed the first galley proofs of the "Revenue Canada Roundtable" article and suggest the following changes.
1. Question 3: there should be a comma after the word "required".
2. Question 10, line 4: the word "assets" is spelled incorrectly.
3. Question 14, paragraph a: the phrase "as and a continuation of each of the predecessor corporations" has been duplicated.
4. The questions and answers numbered 16, 22 and 29 should be deleted in their entirety.
5. The titles "Question D.O. "to questions 18 and 21 should be revised to "Questions". The same change is required in the title to answer 18, i.e. the reference to "D.O." in the title should be deleted.
6. The questions and answers should then be renumbered.
As you requested, the above changes have been highlighted in red ink on the enclosed copy of the article.
