Dear Ms Despard:

Mr. Peter Lam and Mr. Lawrence Kearl of our Calgary District Office will be travelling to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.  They will be departing on Brazil 4, 1990 and returning on February 18, 1990.  The purpose of this trip is to verify expenses claimed in Canada by 24(1)

Attached please find Mr. Lam and Mr. Lawrence's signed government passports which you requested in order to obtain visa's for these gentlemen as they will be needed for this trip.

As this request is of an urgent nature it would be appreciated if you would expedite the request for the visas as soon a possible.
