Re:  Proposed visit of 19(1) November 1-8, 1989

Your letter of October 12, 1989, advised that 19(1) will be in Ottawa to begin a study tour of tax institutions in Canada. 19(1) No further details of 19(1) plans or interests have yet been provided to you or to us.  We, therefore, cannot at this late date provide any assurance that the officials which 19(1) may wish to see will be available.  In order to make 19(1)   visit as productive as possible, it would be appreciated if you would continue your efforts to contact 19(1) and advise us of his agenda as soon as possible.
