Subject: 19(1) Stalled
This is with reference to your memoranda of October 11, 1989 and November 14, 1989 concerning a request for remission of tax under the Financial Administration Act on behalf of 19(1)
We have learned that this case can be dealt with more expeditiously by way of administrative relief under existing guidelines in place in the Assessing Division at Head Office.
