Re:  Subsections 227(10.2) to 227(10.8) of the Income Tax Act

This is in reply to your letter dated November 6, l991 wherein your requested a written confirmation that the above-mentioned subsections have not come into force as of this date.

We confirm that subsections 227(10.2) to 227(10.8) of the Income Tax Act have not been proclaimed as of November 6, 1991 and therefore are not currently in force.
