This is in reply to your letter of June 21, 1989 regarding the status of a submission made by 19(1) formerly of the firm 19(1) on behalf of the above individuals.

As explained to 19(1)   in our telephone conversation of July 20, 1989 the issues involved in this case are presently being considered by officers of our Vancouver District Office, and we are therefore unable to comment on any aspects of the case at the present time.

We regret the delay in replying to your letter and trust that the matter can be resolved with our Vancouver District Office.
