The Honourable Otto Jelinek, Minister of National Revenue, has asked me to reply to your letter of August 17, 1989, concerning your request for a remission of 1980 income tax on behalf of 19(1) I apologize for the delay in replying.
The circumstances of your case are currently under review. I will write to you again when the review has been completed and I have has an opportunity to consider the results.
