Re:  CANADA-FINLAND SOCIAL SECURITY AGREEMENT

This is to our understanding from your letter of February 2, 1990.

We are pleased to accept, on behalf of the competent authority for Canada that the foregoing persons will be covered under the Finnish social security schemes by their Finnish employer. No doubt, you will arrange to have a certificate of coverage issued in accordance with the terms of our Agreement on Social Security.
