Re:  Reporting of Social Assistance

We have your letter of February 15, 1990, regarding the form to be used in reporting social assistance.

Attached for your information is the latest correspondence on this matter which went out. A letter should have gone to  19(1) and may very well have been received by the time this reaches you.  We had suggested a simple form which we sent out last year which could be used for 1989. You will see our intention is to keep the prescribed form, which will be used for 1990 as simple as possible.  Any comments you have would be appreciated.
