Mr. Bill Baker of our Audit Directorate will be travelling to Paris, France, to attend a meeting of Working Party No. 8 of the Committee of Fiscal Affairs of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) from October 13 to 21, 1989. During the same week, the Inter-American Centre of Tax Administrators will be holding a technical conference in Paris from October 16 to 20, 1989.
It would be appreciated if you would make his special passport 19(1) available. When the passport is ready, please advise this Division at 957-2071 in order to arrange for a messenger to pick up the passport.
