24(1) Advance Income Tax Rulings

We are enclosing a copy of an advance ruling letter dated May 2, 1991 in respect of the above-named taxpayer.  We wish to direct your attention to facts number 19 and 20 on page 6 of the ruling letter, our comments at the end of ruling J on page 19 of the ruling letter and our comments on page 2 of the Statement of Principal Issues attached to the ruling letter.
