This is in respect to your letter of July 30, 1990 on behalf of the above noted estate and is further to our telephone conversation of December 17 and 18,1990 (Harding 19(1) Harding/ 19(1) during which you were asked to provide additional information and directions concerning the ruling.
If is not our practice to hold inactive advance ruling files open for long periods of time. Accordingly unless we receive a written commitment from you by February 13, 1991 to provide us with, at an early date, the requested information we intend to close the file and bill you for our time spent to that time.
