Annual Review of Information Circular on Family Allowances
This is in reply to your memorandum of February 2, 1990 concerning the above.
Enclosed are copies of certain pages of the draft new circular and a copy of the draft Special Release to Information Circular 7909R with our comments, queries or suggestions noted thereon.
We understand that Provincial and International Relations Division have reviewed the paragraphs dealing with the income tax treatment of Quebec family allowances and that you intend to revise your comments on this subject and to have your revisions approved by Provincial and International.
