Subject: Request For Information From New Zealand

The attached letter from the New Zealand Inland Revenue requests assistance in locating expert witnesses in the field of international banking.  It would be appreciated if you have any suggestions in this regard.

They have also asked for a jurisprudence, particularly favourable, which might assist them.  Specific reference is made to films of which there has been some Canadian experience.  Your comments on the film financing and the use of non-recourse debt would be appreciated.
