We received a request from Germany for information on the above noted person.  The International Audits Division obtained information from Calgary and also indicated that the case had been referred to you.  We have prepared a reply to the German authorities incorporating the information which they have provided.  Before sending the response to Germany we would like to know if you have any comments on the information which International Audits has provided the position taken.
